Meshed Group is an Australian-based education technology company developing software that helps universities and higher education providers manage research, academic workloads, and reporting more effectively. Like many growing businesses, they were focused on doing good work and wanted to make sure their people practices were keeping pace.

What We Worked on Together
Our work with Meshed Group covered three interconnected areas.
Leadership Mentoring
We worked with four leaders across the business, investing in their leadership growth and capability. Through one-on-one mentoring, each leader developed greater confidence in their own capability, with noticeable improvements in how they communicated and collaborated across the team. Leadership is a skill and these four took the opportunity to grow it.
DISC Assessments
We facilitated DISC assessments across both the leadership team and the sales team. The process gave each person a deeper understanding of their own communication style and how they naturally show up in a team setting. The result was stronger self-awareness, better mutual understanding, and a team that communicates with more intention.
Ongoing HR Support & Guidance
Over the course of our work together, HR Impact has become a trusted resource for Meshed Group, a place to turn when they need practical advice and best practice guidance.
