How our leadership development program works
Leadership development looks different for every business and every leader.
We offer three ways to work together, and they can be used independently or combined depending on what your people need.
One-on-one
leadership mentoring
Some leaders need space to think, honest feedback and a structured path forward. This program gives them all three.
We start by understanding where the leader is now. They complete a self-assessment, their manager provides input, and we have an initial conversation to clarify what they want to achieve and why it matters. From there, we build a leadership growth plan with clear outcomes tied to each session.
Sessions are tailored to what the leader is actually navigating, whether that be having difficult conversations with their team, managing their own stress under pressure, communicating more clearly, building trust with direct reports, or improving how they give and receive feedback. We use DISC profiling and 360-degree feedback where they add value, but the work is always grounded in real situations, not theory.
Programs run from a minimum of four sessions through to twelve, either monthly or every three weeks, with support available between sessions when things come up.

Individual capability matters, but so does how your leadership team functions as a group. If your leaders work well independently but struggle to make decisions together, communicate consistently, or operate as a cohesive unit, the impact shows up across the whole business.
We work with leadership teams to understand how they currently operate, where the friction is, and what needs to change. This might involve facilitated sessions, DISC team profiling, or structured conversations that haven’t been able to happen without an independent facilitator in the room.
The outcome is a leadership team that’s clearer on how they work together, more aligned on priorities, and better equipped to lead their people consistently.

We design and deliver workshops on topics that matter to your business. Things like having performance conversations, managing conflict, giving effective feedback, building psychological safety, or navigating change.
Every workshop is built around your context, your business, your language and the real situations your leaders face, not an off-the-shelf slide deck.
Workshops can be delivered as a standalone session or as part of a broader leadership program.
