As DISC Advanced accredited consultants we offer both individual DISC assessments and team workshops. Disc Advanced is the world's most advanced behavioural assessment system.
Through individual behavioural assessments individuals and teams are provided with practical information to support communication, team development, performance and leadership.
The assessments provide a detailed report covering an individuals natural and adjusted profile, insights around strengths and potential development areas, as well as detailed commentary around how the individual may operate under stress, in conflict situations and effective strategies associated with communication.
The DISC ADVANCED® process provides a platform to help build self awareness, enhance communication, build leadership strategies and approach and overall team performance and effectiveness. Each participant receives a detailed assessment report, that is debriefed with an accredited consultant. It includes action plans and extensive instructions on how to achieve real results that enhance performance.

1. Individual DISC assessments for select individuals within your organisation - great for self awareness, leadership development and enhancing communication skills. Individuals complete an online questionaire and receive a debrief on the report findings with clear tangible action plans to implement changes to support their growth and development. DISC assessments can also be used as part of a recruitment process to help provide additional insight around potential candidates.
2. Team DISC assessments - everyone in the team completes an individual assessment (with an individual debrief) AND we run a team report, bringing the team together in a workshop to discuss each individuals style, approach and recommendations to improve communication, collaboration, performance and leadership within a team.
3. Pair DISC assessments - two people complete an individual assessment (with an individual debrief) AND we run a pair report, bringing the two people together to discuss the findings and recommendations to manage possible conflict situations more effectively and improve communication.
